We provide additional services in helping the owners/tenants and the OA with their fitout and renovation projects, and helping the OA and developers in their major assets and civil works improvement projects.

Fitouts

Renovate
We provide consultancy services and implementation for the developers (or OA) in creating the policies, guidelines, regulations, forms and manuals to be filled and followed by interior decorators or contractors when doing fitout works in the community that they oversee.

Through our partners, we also provide additional services in helping the owners or tenants with their fitout projects for their commercial or residential units.

The services we offer for the fitout works cover the following:

  • Design
  • Consultancy
  • Inspection and quality assurance, and handover supervision and approval
  • Project management and execution supervision
  • Providing all the necessary design documentations for NOC and regulatory approvals, and handover

Improvements, Replacements and Renovations

Renovate
Regular interval works on the major assets and civil and MEP infrastructure are needed throughout the lifecycle of the buildings and structures as the time passes in order to, amongst other things,  extend the life of these major assets and maintain the standards of the community you are living in, and ensure the safety of the residents and visitors.

Through our network of partners and our own expertise, we provide consultancy, design, implementation supervision and project management services for major assets improvement (or replacement) and community wide civil or MEP renovation, embellishment, and major maintenance works.

These works include:

  • Cooling system (such as Chillers, Pumps, common areas AHU/FCU, valves and actuators) repalcement/improvement
  • Building façade maintenance works such as re-paint
  • Amenities (such as Gym and swimming pools) major renovation
  • Energy Saving solutions such as installation of BTU meters
  • New facilities aiming to improve the standard of living of the community
